Cancellation Policy

ALL BOOKINGS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATIONS OVER THE PHONE, TEXT, EMAIL OR MESSENGER. TO CANCEL A BOOKING- You can cancel your booking, via desktop or our WIX app, rescheduling via desktop ONLY! Cancellations will only be accepted up to 10 HOURS before the scheduled start time or you will lose your payment/credit. Please cancel your space as soon as you know you cannot make it.
