Welcome to your self paced training guide Your guide has been split into the different training protocals; ie strength etc, you'll follow a set one each week. This is a self paced guide to allow you to complete the workouts on days that best suit you and the order too. For recovery and growth allow 24 HRS between weight training sessions. Bear this in mind if you're wanting to go for a personal best at a group session but they're also an opportunity to work on your form and obviously soak up the motivation. At the group session you can check your percentages against your 1RM for your individual sessions to keep progressing at your own rate; still making the plan completely personalized. Training cycles change each month to keep your mind and body engaged
