drum n box

Drum N Box is the high intensity fun workout that makes getting in shape an addiction.

The class is a combination of boxing, kick boxing & dance set to the high tempo of the best Drum and Bass music. Suitable for all fitness levels 

PLEASE NOTE: We can provide gloves and mitts but you are welcome to bring your own; something we highly encourage.


 Welcome to Clubbing without the hangover Set to club anthems from 90’s classics to the latest hits.

Clubbercise takes place in a darkened room with disco lights and LED glow sticks. Our routines combine combat, toning with dance fitness for a full body workout. 

One of our most popular dance fitness classes with easy to follow aerobic dance moves, no previous dance experience required Ideal for: confidence building, gym shyness, fun seekers, music lovers, beginners to fitness.

Group fit-her

This class consists of body weight and resistance exercises using various gym equipment such as barbells, dumbbells, kettle-bells and more. This class is set up as a circuits class split up into legs, upper-body and core sections; giving you the opportunity to take the workout at your own pace working within in a set time. 
These workouts are designed to maximize fat burning and help to perfect your form make you feel more confident, fitter and stronger.  


turn up and tone

SOH what is Turn Up and Tone! 

We've used light resistance and low impact movements to create this high intensity class. Choreographed to the bassline of ragga and afrobeats they set the pace but you choose the intensity. 

You do not need to be a dancer, we'll teach you how to catch the beat and enhance your exercise experience

step aerobics

This high-energy class will have you moving, sweating, and having fun! With a pumping playlist an
d choreographed routines we bring a twist to this classic cardio workout. Step aerobics has lasted for decades for a simple reason: It delivers results!!

Designed to push you to new limits, this class is perfect for anyone looking to take their fitness to the next level whilst improving your balance, coordination, and agility as you break a sweat.
