Because Thursday's are the new FRIDAYS! Welcome to Clubbing without the hangover Set to club anthems from 90’s classics to the latest hits. Clubbercise takes place in a darkened room with disco lights and LED glow sticks. Our routines combine combat, toning with dance fitness for a full body workout. One of our most popular dance fitness classes with easy to follow aerobic dance moves, no previous dance experience required Ideal for: confidence building, gym shyness, fun seekers, music lovers, beginners to fitness. Glowsticks available to purchase at class for £6! Neon clothing is encouraged but not essential
